Description: The Yale Program on Healthcare Environmental Sustainabilityis recruiting a full-timePostdoctoral Associate to work on studiesin the interdisciplinary field of sustainable health care, with a particular focus on measures and quantitative tools development to aid assessment and strategic pollution mitigation.The focus of thisYale Planetary Solutions Projectisto produce a comprehensive sustainability assessment of modern healthcare systemsto guide strategic management,and develop tools to scale up efforts,nationally.Thesuccessful candidatewill have opportunity to gain experience in health care environmental emissions assessments at the level of the organization,and at the level ofclinical care delivery. Efforts willguidepolicies and practices that can help reduce the environmental impacts of modern healthcare while improving patient outcomes.
