Winner Selection:
Winners will be determined based on the quality and impact of their submissions. In the event of a tie, the grand prize winner will be chosen through random selection among the top entries.
Announcement and Public Disclosure:
The winners’ names will be announced on our network site and social media channels. By participating in the contest, winners agree to have their names publicly disclosed for this purpose.
Winner Communication:
Winners must contact us within seven (7) days of the contest’s conclusion to provide their shipping address for prize delivery. Failure to do so may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be chosen.
Prize Delivery:
Prizes will be shipped to the provided addresses of the winners. We strive to ship prizes to over 150 countries; however, we apologize in advance if we are unable to ship to certain countries due to restrictions imposed by shipping companies or legal reasons.
Eligibility and Entry:
This contest is open to all participants aged 18 and above worldwide, and no purchase is necessary to enter or win. All participants must be a registered member of the Green Your Lab network.
Agreement to Terms and Conditions:
By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions made by the contest organizers.
Submission Licensing:
By submitting their entries, all participants grant Green Your Lab an unlimited license to use, distribute, and modify their submissions now and forever, for promotional, educational, and other non-commercial purposes. Credit may or may not be given at the discretion of Green Your Lab.
Fair Play and Compliance:
The contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the rules or attempting to manipulate the contest’s fairness. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the contest.
Prize Details:
The grand prize awarded is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.
Contest Modifications:
The contest organizers hold the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice, for any reason.
Privacy Policy:
Any personal information collected during the contest will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
Release and Liability:
By participating in the Green Your Lab Creative Challenge, all participants agree to release and hold harmless the contest organizers (Green Your Lab), their officers, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, damages, injuries, or losses, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage arising from or related to the contest or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Technical Considerations:
The contest organizers are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, human error, or other factors that may impact the conduct of the contest, the determination of winners, or the ability to participate in the contest.
Data Security:
The contest organizers do not assume responsibility for any unauthorized access to or alteration of entries, technical failures, or any other events that may cause damage to participants’ devices, computer systems, or network connections.
Indemnification:
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the contest organizers from any and all liabilities, damages, claims, or actions of any kind, resulting from their participation in the contest, including any violation of these terms and conditions.
Decisions and Finality:
The contest organizers are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the contest materials, and their decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
