Keep those solvents well
Choose solvent bottles that come with Sigma sureseals or Acros multi-layer seals.
Don’t use a normal needle - use a super fine one instead to keep puncture hold minimal. Try FisherSci Air-Tite™ ones.
For more rigrous work where a rubber stopper with needle holes will not do, use a Schlenk bomb. Purge with Ar and then do a cannula transfer
