Description: We are seeking to recruit a Lecturer in Environment and Sustainability to enhance our current research, teaching and knowledge exchange profiles in one or more of the following key areas: environmental modelling, hazard prediction and risk assessment; environmental pollution and remediation; ecosystem services, (urban) ecology and/or nature-based solutions; ecosystem management and conservation and/or biodiversity; environmentally sustainable geology; hydrology or hydrogeology; microbial biodiversity and/or biogeochemistry; GIS and remote sensing.
You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, to support our Environmental and Earth Science curriculum, and will be involved in the design and development of a new, innovative and research-informed module in environment and sustainability that will maximise the potential offered by online and distance learning.
