**Description:** How can we capture the power of the natural world to support the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual health of each person and the population as a whole, helping to prevent illness? And how can we steward and care for the ecosystems that we rely on so that they are sustained as they sustain us?

The concept of ‘green prescribing’ has been offered as a solution and a national policy published in the last 12 months to set the agenda in this area.

Come and find out how some of the selected ‘test and learn’ pilot sites are starting to translate this policy into practice and consider what action you might take in your workplace to integrate nature connection into your community and care pathways.

Interesting. The suggestion was to organize nature walks for patients. Snaps for the tremendous work these UK healthcare practitioner have put in to make such events happen.
